Effective Date: January 1, 2020
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cers.com (the "Site"), operated by OnlineStrong, LLC ("CERS," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
CERS reviews continuing education courses submitted by providers for approval by the California Board of Physical Therapy and the District of Columbia Board of Physical Therapy. Submitting an application and paying the fee does not guarantee approval. Every application is reviewed against the applicable board requirements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and your applications, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree that all course information, materials, and instructor details you submit are accurate and complete. CERS may deny or revoke an approval if submitted information is false, misleading, or incomplete, or if a course no longer meets the applicable requirements.
Approved providers are responsible for delivering the course as approved and for meeting all applicable record-keeping and board requirements. Approval by CERS is not an endorsement of the provider, the instructor, or the course content.
Application fees are listed on the Site and are due at the time of submission. All fees are in U.S. dollars. All fees are non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy.
Approved courses may be published in our Approved Course Listing, including the course title, provider name, CE hours, course type, and expiration date.
The Site and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CERS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the application fee paid for the application in question.
We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CT.

All application fees are non-refundable. The fee covers the review of your application, and once an application is submitted with payment, no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of the outcome of the review, including applications that are denied or withdrawn.
If your application is incomplete, CERS will contact you to request the missing information. No refund is issued for incomplete applications.
Because CERS provides a review service and not a physical product, there are no returns.
