Discussion The findings indicated that this target group of patients (37.9%) may frequently integrate chiropractic care with other health services in order to manage their neck pain. The favorable outcomes reported by participants of this study highlight a potential role for using non-pharmacological multimodal therapeutic approaches for the management of neck pain in older adults. Further research should provide in-depth investigation of older patients’ experience and other patient-reported outcomes of chiropractic treatment.
